Required Retainer
A 50% retainer is required up front to secure your order and allow me to source the perfect cookie cutters, icing, sprinkles, colors, and packaging. This retainer will be applied to your final balance, and the balance is due a week before pickup.

Payment Options
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and major credit cards; however, there is an additional 3% charge for credit card payments.

Refunds
– Refunds within 24 hours: We offer refunds within 24 hours of payment being accepted. To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
– Refunds after 24 hours: If your order has already been started, refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis depending on where we are in the process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Montana Local Food Choice Act
Cookies & Crumbs is a home-based business that operates under the Montana Local Food Choice Act. As such, our kitchen is not inspected by the local health department. However, we take every possible care to ensure clean and sanitary conditions. We do not claim to be nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free. If you have any allergies or dietary preferences, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether or not we can accommodate your dietary preferences.

Delivery
Standard operation is for all orders to be picked-up. Delivery is available on a case-by-case basis as time allows. In addition, deliveries must be within 25 miles of our pick-up location, and there is a $10 fee for delivery.

Adjustment Deadline
Making decisions can be challenging, but we’re here to assist you. You have the flexibility to make adjustments to your order until 10 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date. However, any adjustment requests made after that period will be carefully reviewed and will incur a small fee. Please keep in mind that this policy also applies to modifications regarding the pick-up date.

Inspirations
Thank you so much for sending those inspirational pictures! They truly are a great source of inspiration. However, please note that while we will strive to create cookies that closely resemble the images, they may not be perfect replicas.

Color Matching
A picture holds immense value, but it may not always accurately represent colors. Factors such as lighting, screens, and resolution can all contribute to variations in color perception.

In A Rush?
Although we may not be able to accommodate every last-minute order, we will certainly do our utmost to fulfill your request. However, please note that orders placed with a turnaround time of less than 5 days will incur a rush fee of $10. Similarly, orders with a turnaround time of less than 3 days will require a rush fee of $15.

Price Adjustments
Please note that all prices are subject to change. The prices we offer are often dictated by ingredient costs. We are constantly striving to provide the best tasting cookies to our clients. However, this means that we cannot honor old pricing, as the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices.

Order Minimums
For our standard to large cookies, we have a minimum requirement of 1 dozen. If you need a smaller quantity, we recommend keeping an eye out for upcoming holiday sales or pop-up shop announcements on our Facebook or Instagram page.

Product Photography
We take pride in capturing beautiful photographs of our client orders, showcasing the delightful appearance of our sweet treats. However, we understand that some customers may prefer not to have their cookies featured. If you would like to keep your cookies out of the spotlight, please inform us when placing your order. Rest assured, your secrets are safe with us.

Copyright
Copyrighted images such as Star Wars, Avengers, and Disney characters are protected, and we are unable to replicate them as baked goods. However, we can certainly work together to create a similar color palette or evoke the theme you desire. Let’s have a discussion and explore the possibilities!

Bulk Orders
As each cookie requires custom work, we regretfully cannot provide discounts based on quantity. However, if you have a specific budget in mind, please inform us in advance, and we will make every effort to find a solution that accommodates your budget.

Post Pickup
Once you pick up your order, the responsibility for the safety of your cookies falls upon you. Please ensure that your cookies are secure and at an appropriate temperature.
